In the heart of the Amazon in Peru, indigenous Yanesha artisans work to sustainably harvest from forests that have long been there home. They carve each bowl by hand, digging out the hollow of the bowl and refining its curves with hundreds of strokes. Utilizing managed forests they preserve the abundant biodiversity and natural beauty of Amazonian communities while supporting families with fair wages.
